As a member of the Novotta team, you will be an integral part of delivering solutions to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will be:
- Actively identify new customers through market research, networking and social media that can benefit from our products and services
- Facilitate and participate in sales calls with other members of the Novotta team
- Prepare quotes and contracts for potential customers
- Track sales activity and contacts in Salesforce
- Participate in a weekly sales status call with management
- Learn the ins and outs of Novotta's products and services and articulate the uniqueness of those products to potential customers
- Assist with facilitating content creation and posting on our blog and LinkedIn page
Your experience will include the following:
- Banking or Credit Union background
- 2+ years of outside sales
- A high-energy team player with the ability to develop strong relationships with customers and partners
- Results oriented with a passion to learn
- An entrepreneurial spirit
