Responsibilities

As a member of the Novotta team, you will be an integral part of delivering solutions to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Actively identify new customers through market research, networking and social media that can benefit from our products and services
  • Facilitate and participate in sales calls with other members of the Novotta team
  • Prepare quotes and contracts for potential customers
  • Track sales activity and contacts in Salesforce
  • Participate in a weekly sales status call with management
  • Learn the ins and outs of Novotta's products and services and articulate the uniqueness of those products to potential customers
  • Assist with facilitating content creation and posting on our blog and LinkedIn page

Requirements

Your experience will include the following:

  • Banking or Credit Union background
  • 2+ years of outside sales
  • A high-energy team player with the ability to develop strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Results oriented with a passion to learn
  • An entrepreneurial spirit
